With 'Imagine!' John Lennon offered Humanity a way to live in peace. But not without great effort:
Confronting our support of nations that would murder millions will require all the courage and imagination that we can muster.
So, with respect to Lennon's hope and Gene Roddenberry's view "The strength of a civilization is not measured by its ability to fight wars, but rather by its ability to prevent them.":
Imagine that the world has sufficient numbers of intelligent individuals who understand that “The Rule Of Law”, in order to be a valid construct, demands of all that they act on their duty to refuse to aid, abet, fund or otherwise support, in any manner whatsoever, any nation that can be said to be participating in plans and preparations that are predicated on a will and capacity to be party to the use of nuclear and / or other weapons of mass murder.
Imagine that they understand that it is only by having all develop respect for and allegiance to such rule that we may survive the Nuclear Era. And, hopefully, do so despite the reality that we have plundered, misused or wasted the greatest part of our necessary natural resources.
Now . . .
Imagine that the messages and related information offered on the various pages of this website shall cause many to consider and act on that duty. (Including many pages that remain available on various archives, but have been deleted from this site due to practical requirements.)
Imagine an upswelling, an unremitting roar of demands that we change our ways, that we abandon violence and seek to understand the nature of our existence and the possibly unlimited potential of our minds to understand the forces that permit our existence.
Imagine that the Tax Refusal continues to grow.
Imagine that the reality of everyone’s lawful duty to refuse to support societies that would be party to the use of nuclear and other weapons of mass murder, is now recognized worldwide.
Imagine that as it continues to spread, millions will ignore the edicts of greed driven politicians and their corrupt, boot-licking Judges, and do what they must in order to confront the realities of “Peak Oil”, waste of resources, the related poisoning of our oceans and the now evident “Runaway Global Greenhouse Warming”.
Imagine what can be started by one person. (Consider Tunisia! Consider Egypt! - added on February 11/11 & Now! Lybia this 3rd Day of September, 2011 ! )
Then, imagine what can be achieved when millions of others help spread this message of hope, guided by their determination to force the dismantling of all nuclear and other weapons of mass murder.
My involvement with “The Tax Refusal” started in the early 60’s when I first read “No More War!” by Linus Pauling, winner of two Nobel prizes and, somewhat later, “Objection To Murder – The conscience of a unilateralist” by John Campsie, Professor Emeritus, Theology, Oxford.
Understand that whoever dares to confront such matters must be prepared to suffer whatever might befall them due the determination of governments to silence or otherwise suppress those who threaten their ability to demand and collect taxes.
In March 1980 the Government of Canada was made aware of my decision to never again support such a society.
Regardless their continuing efforts since then to slime, slander and smear my name and, in CRIMINAL COLLUSION with the Supreme Court of Canada, to have the balance of Canada’s Corrupted Courts refuse to admit that the very existence of “The Rule Of Law” compels all to act on the above stated duty: I state, with a humble acceptance of life, that I am content to have made that decision.
Lastly, imagine that the information offered on the various pages of this site shall cause the majority to act on their duty to refuse to support any such society; to refuse to be party to plans to murder millions.
BE PART OF THE CHANGE ! DO SO BY . . .
And have everyone 'Imagine!' and work towards a safer, saner and more caring world.

I have done so due the reality that, absent such provocations, the Government of Canada shall do nothing required of it to end its involvement in America's plans and preparations to use nuclear and / other weapons of mass murder as 'Peak Oil' causes its Corporate Masters to demand of all other nations that they provide whatever amounts of oil and other resources so necessary to maintaining America's "Non-Negotiable Lifestyle" at prices dictated by them for their own purposes, profits and use! a similar abuse may well soon be inflicted upon any who dare act on and publicize our lawful duty to refuse to support societies that commit mass murder :
