AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL IMPORT OF AN ISSUE RAISED BY THE FAILURE OF CANADA’S SUPREME COURT TO ADMIT AND LAWFULLY RECOGNIZE THE LAWFUL DUTY OF ALL TO REFUSE TO AID, ABET, FUND OR OTHERWISE SUPPORT, IN ANY FASHION WHATSOEVER, A SOCIETY THAT PARTICIPATES IN PLANS AND PREPARATIONS THAT ARE PREDICATED ON A WILL AND CAPACITY TO COMMIT MASS MURDER.

1.I make this Affidavit in support of the national importance that the Supreme Court of Canada address the above issue as raised throughout Canada by many of Canada’s loyal citizens due the growing and widespread use of “Tax Exempt Status” cards as issued by International Humanity House. 

 

2.I have reviewed the issue. It has merit. I believe it is in the public interest that the Supreme Court of Canada immediately clarify the law with respect to such duty. All inconsistent and uncertain laws with respect to such duty must be addressed. There MUST be clear guidelines, in accordance with “The Rule of Law” for the citizens of Canada to follow.

 

3.As a loyal citizen I solemnly aver my profound belief that clarification by the Supreme Court of Canada of that duty is in the Public Interest. I especially find this to be important because the ongoing failure by the rest of Canada’s Courts to fully and honestly address this issue has brought the Administration of Justice in Canada into Contempt and Disrepute.

 

4.Canada’s citizens need clear guidelines regarding this issue and thus it is of national importance for such to be reviewed and clarified by the Supreme Court of Canada.
